You work in a space filled with hype and bold promises. How do you build trust with patients when offering regenerative medicine, stem cells and longevity treatments?

So I think the way that we build trust at Infinite Medical Group is we follow something called protocols, not just single injections.

A lot of people think that they're going to go get a stem cell treatment and it's just going to be a one-time visit, whether they're flying overseas or going to a clinic like mine, and that's not what we do here at Infinite.

We build out full protocols which could be anywhere from two to six different treatments ranging from things like IV treatments, nebulizers and then of course the most popular joint injections.

But I did have one of our patients, Joy, who wanted to come in just for an injection in her shoulder because her shoulder hurt. Of course, that's what you would think would be the thing to get her to feel better, but that's actually not the case.

What we need to do at first is bring down your whole body's inflammation.

What our medical director likes to say is, "You would not build a house in a hurricane."

So by putting that joint injection directly into her shoulder, if her entire body is inflamed, we don't know where those stem cells are going to go.

So we gave her an IV to bring down her inflammation, which gave her immediate relief. She couldn't believe it.

Then she came in with almost no pain and we were able to then go into her joint and give her an injection.

She's due to come back for some maintenance in a couple of weeks.
