When companies scale from 2 to 10 million, what financial blind spot becomes the most expensive if left unaddressed?
[00:07] Mike Pinkus:
I'd say the biggest blind spot going from two to 10 million, because most of our customers are in that range, is the fact that you have to rebuild all of your processes and systems.
So take a SaaS company or professional services company, all of a sudden you have to hire a product manager, customer success. You have to upgrade your software from being basic to enterprise level.
All these changes in the business catch people off guard and they don't always plan properly on how to put them into the proper unit economics and the pricing of their product or service.
