What’s the most important thing you’ve learned in your career that you wish you knew earlier?

Just basically the biggest surprise—or what I knew—was being able to share the power of creativity and getting rid of the myth that it's a starving artist.
That’s the myth I kind of grew up with... but I’m glad it wasn’t the case.
Yeah.
And it has been fulfilling.
And the fact that I can empower others—
