What's the coolest part about your job?

Kristie Holden (Guest):
The coolest part of my job is that I get to work with so many different small business owners, consultants, and entrepreneurs. I not only get to understand their businesses and customers, but by interviewing their clients, I can hear about the impact they’re having on their clients' businesses.

It’s such a rewarding experience. Then, working closely with the business owner or entrepreneur, I get to hear about the impact I'm having in helping them reach more people. That’s what’s really fulfilling for me.

For me, it’s never been about the money. The reason I started my consulting business was to work with people who I genuinely enjoy working with, people whose work I feel aligned with and passionate about. I love helping them spread their positive impact to a larger audience.
