Annie Laplante is the CEO of Groupe MMI and IGO Inc., leading a national ecosystem of janitorial services and commercial distribution across more than 1,500 sites in Canada. Known for her Humans First leadership philosophy, Annie focuses on building organizations rooted in trust, integrity, ESG, and operational excellence. She serves on the ISSA Sustainability Committee, is an Innovation Judge for the ISSA Innovation Awards, and is a QuantumShift alum from Ivey Business School.
